An image license lays out where in the world and for how long the client may use the images for. This can be customised for the exact requirements of the client. 

You can add time and/or territories to the image license after final payment is made which will require additional payment. 

All images will remain © Jonathan Thompson Photography and therefore no images may be used in any way without a license and permissions. 

Yes absolutely. All image asset licenses can be bespoke to every clients needs.

Yes, as long as you have an image asset license which specifies worldwide and online use.

You will receive your image assets in a jpeg format. The resolution will depend on the type of output the images will be used in and will be stated in the contract. Typically you'll have high resolution for print and low resolution for online use.

You will receive your image assets via an online file transfer, where you'll receive a link and can download the images files to everyone on your creative team. 

Yes. As long as you have purchased high resolution image files you will be able to produce top quality printed images, for marketing or publication.

No. Copyright of all images remains with Jonathan Thompson Photography.

No adjustments to the images are permitted under copyright laws. Images maybe added to marketing and printed layouts which would have been disclosed before the project began, and therefore mentioned in the contract.

Yes. 50% of the total estimated cost must be paid before the projects starts. The remainder of the final costs must be paid within 30 days of the sending of the invoice. 

Electronic BACS payments are the most efficient in the UK. With other electronic payments set up for none UK clients. All details will be on the final invoice.

Yes. Jonathan Thompson Photography is VAT registered and is obliged by UK law to charge UK VAT on all sales.
